Evolution Line Titanium Exhaust System

The Akrapovic Evolution Line represents the pinnacle of performance exhaust systems, developed and tested by top motorsport racing teams. The unique muffler design, featuring an embossed imprint that runs along the exhaust, seamlessly integrates with a hand-crafted carbon fibre end cap, elevating both aesthetics and performance. The system is constructed from full titanium, including the muffler sleeve, and features a carbon fibre end cap. It utilizes a 4:2:1 exhaust configuration. Performance gains compared to the stock S 1000 RR include +7.7 kW at 8,550 rpm and +9.0 Nm at 8,450 rpm, with a significant weight reduction of -6.7 kg. The system produces a noise level of 108.9 dB at 6,500 rpm. For optimal performance, throttle response, and durability, the use of the M Race Calibration Kit is recommended. The delivery scope includes the titanium full system, a muffler with titanium sleeve and carbon end cap, lambda plugs, a carbon muffler bracket for the OEM subframe, and mounting instructions. An optional carbon heat shield is available separately. The carbon fibre muffler bracket is included for mounting on the OEM subframe if passenger footrests are removed. If an alpha Racing racing subframe is mounted, an alternative carbon muffler bracket is recommended. This exhaust system is compatible with the following BMW models: M 1000 R (2023-), M 1000 RR (2021-2022, 2023-2024), S 1000 R (2021-2024), and S 1000 RR (2019-2022, 2023-2024, 2025-). Note that the Akrapovič Evolution Line full system is not compatible with the BMW M1000RR 2025 model, and only the Racing Line (Titanium) is applicable for the 2025 S 1000 RR.
