The Akrapovic G8X M2 / M3 / M4 Titanium Evolution Link Pipe Set is engineered to significantly improve exhaust flow and support the performance gains of the Akrapovic Evolution system. Constructed from high-grade titanium, this link pipe set is notably lighter than the stock components, offering weight savings of -1.8 kg for the short version and -8.4 kg for the long version. This evolution link pipe set is available in two versions: a "short" version, intended for use in the United States and allows the stock catalytic converters to remain, and a "long" version for race applications which includes a center resonator. When combined with a Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust, it produces a deep, rich, and sporty sound profile, embracing the pure turbocharged inline six-cylinder engine note without introducing drone. Performance gains are substantial, with an increase of +17.7 kW at 6650 rpm and +25.4 Nm of torque at 6650 rpm. Crucially, remapping of the vehicle's ECU is mandatory after installation. This product is designated for racetrack use and closed courses only.
