Excel-G Strut Assembly

The KYB Excel-G OEM Strut (part number 234008) is engineered to bring back your vehicle's original ride and handling capabilities. As an Original Equipment (OE) replacement, each Excel-G strut is precisely valved to match your specific vehicle, effectively compensating for suspension wear and restoring factory-like performance. This strut has an extended length of 20.39 inches, a compressed length of 13.7 inches, and offers 6.69 inches of travel. The top mount type is STEM. Installation is facilitated by the inclusion of all necessary washers, bushings, and nuts; however, factory shock mounting bolts are reused. Shock boots are sold separately. The Excel-G series is one of KYB's most trusted lines for factory replacement shocks. This strut is designed for the Front Right position and is compatible with the following vehicles: 1986-1989 Mazda 323 (including FWD models), 1991-1994 Mercury Capri, and 1987-1989 Mercury Tracer. KYB offers a limited lifetime warranty on their branded shock absorbers and struts, protecting against defects and premature failure as long as the original retail purchaser owns the vehicle. This warranty does not cover installation, removal, or diagnostics costs.
