The KYB Excel-G Strut 341351 is engineered to enhance your Mazda 6's original ride comfort and handling. KYB Excel-G Struts are built with quality and durability in mind, aiming to last 150,000 miles, making them a prime choice for maintaining factory performance. These struts are manufactured on the same production lines as original equipment, but with upgraded valving and materials to meet stringent performance and reliability standards. The nitrogen gas-charged twin-tube design provides consistent damping, restoring smoothness and stability. Hand-assembled damping valves ensure precise control over tire and body motion, while a triple chrome-plated piston rod reduces seal wear for extended life. A sintered iron rod guide helps maintain proper alignment, and seamless steel tubing enhances durability by eliminating fluid bypass. These struts also enhance safety by helping to ensure that electronic safety systems function as intended by maintaining original handling characteristics. The strut features a stroke length of 5.4 inches, a compressed length of 13.69 inches, and an extended length of 19.09 inches. The upper mount type is 10x1.25. This strut is compatible with various Mazda 6 models, including the GS, GT, i, and S trims, for model years 2003 through 2008, specifically for the front right position on FWD vehicles.
