The Kenwood Excelon XM502-1 is a 1-channel Class D mono amplifier engineered for demanding powersports and marine environments. It delivers a robust 300 watts RMS at 4 ohms and an impressive 500 watts RMS at 2 ohms, ideal for powering subwoofers and providing deep, clear bass. The amplifier is built with a conformal coating to protect against moisture and corrosion, ensuring reliability in harsh conditions. Key features of the XM502-1 include variable low-pass filters and an infrasonic filter, allowing for detailed tuning of your audio system's low-end frequencies. A bass boost function further enhances the low-end response. The unit also includes a protective terminal cover, speaker-level inputs, and signal sensing turn-on for flexible installation. It is optional wired remote ready.
