The EXEDY Stage 2 Cerametallic clutch kit with 4 pad disc is a direct replacement for Evo X. This kit is available with either a "Thin" or "Thick" disc. The thin disc offers quick shifting, but is recommended for circuit racing only. The thick disc has a good heat capacity and performs well on the track. Not recommended for daily driving. The Thick Disc has a great heat capacity and therefore better durability in demanding applications and typically have less inertia than a stock disc. Works well for rally and track use and can be street driven, but will be very grabby. Cushion Button Disc: The remarkable Cushion Button Disc combines cerametallic button facing with marcel cushion springs to maintain comfortable driving while supporting a respectable amount of power. Its smooth engagement is ideal for the street, and thanks to its heavy duty sprung hub dampening assembly, can handle the power of high torque motors. Clutch Cover: These clutch covers are designed to achieve a clamping load that is approx. 40% higher than the OEM part allowing a higher torque transmitting capacity.
