The drivability experience is designed to be similar to a stock clutch, though pedal efforts will be slightly higher due to the enhanced clamp loads. All Stage 1 clutch discs incorporate spring center dampers, which effectively reduce drivetrain shock and facilitate smooth clutch engagement. The advanced facing material, the Ultra-Fiber Organic Disc, offers high heat resistance crucial for motorsports applications. It was developed by optimizing the copper wire ratio and the composition of high-strength fibers. This Ultra-Fiber Disc maintains the superior half-engagement feel characteristic of organic materials, while its improved high heat resistance ensures functionality essential for street performance and mild racing.
