Exedy - EXE-CD1028

The Exedy CD1028 is an OEM replacement clutch kit designed for retrofitting, repairing, and rebuilding OEM clutches. It includes essential components like clutch covers and discs to ensure a correct replacement. The clutch cover undergoes precise robotic testing for proper clamp load and clutch lift separation, contributing to an optimal pedal feel.

The clutch cover is specially high-frequency induction heat-treated to enhance durability and prevent wear on the release bearing contact surface. The clutch disc features unique friction materials with excellent friction and wear characteristics for smooth engagement. It also includes patented Disc Spring Dampers to absorb vibrations and reduce engine and driveline noise.
