As friction parts, wear is inevitable, but the quality of each component ensures they can be rebuilt and reused even under constant abuse. EXEDY offers a full range of replacement parts for all Stage 1, Stage 2, and Hyper Series clutches, including friction discs, pressure plates, clutch covers, flywheels, and intermediate plates. Flywheels store rotational energy from the engine and transfer it to the transmission via a clutch. Replacing or resurfacing the flywheel is recommended when replacing a clutch. Upgrading to an aftermarket lightweight flywheel can increase engine responsiveness.
