Exedy - EXE-TH08SDV

The Exedy Hyper Single Clutch (MPN: EXE-TH08SDV) is designed for moderately modified cars. It features a purple anodized, forged aluminum cover to prevent clamp load deflection and a pressure plate with turbine-like vanes for cooler operation and improved wear life. The kit includes a lighter chromoly steel flywheel for better engine response. The disc is typically smaller and thinner, reducing inertia for quicker, easier shifting and less wear on transmission synchros. It provides approximately twice the holding torque of an OEM clutch due to higher clamp load and cerametallic friction facings.
