Exedy's cover assemblies undergo robotic testing for optimal pedal feel and durability, with high-frequency induction heat treating for the diaphragm spring to prevent wear. Their engineers develop and manufacture friction materials for smooth engagement, expected grip, and long-lasting installation. The disc spring dampers are patented worldwide to absorb vibrations and suppress engine and driveline noise, offering vehicle-specific designs for an uncompromised ride.
