Exergy 01-04 Chevrolet Duramax 6.6L LB7 Reman 150% Over Injector - Set of 8

These 150% over fuel injectors feature SAC type nozzles for superior flow characteristics while maintaining the factory spray pattern. The nozzles are enlarged using in-house micro EDM and abrasive flow honing technology to achieve a matched set that hydraulically flows within 1%. Each nozzle undergoes six separate quality control checks throughout the process. All components are built and tested on specialized equipment designed and built in-house at Exergy. Every 150% over injector set is tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +/- 1%, and shipped with a detailed sheet. The remanufactured injectors by Bosch involve replacing all moving parts and wear surfaces. Custom tuning is required to take full advantage of these injectors. Injector seal kit (copper gaskets and o-rings) is included.
