These 300% over stock remanufactured Bosch solenoid injectors feature a SAC type nozzle for superior flow characteristics with a factory spray pattern. Nozzles are enlarged using in-house micro EDM and abrasive flow honing for hydraulic flow within 1%. Each nozzle undergoes six quality control checks. An internal modification is included for injectors over 250% over stock to maintain rate shape, requiring custom tuning, especially for idle and pilot conditions.
