Exergy 01-04 Chevrolet Duramax 6.6L LB7 Reman 45% Over Injector - Set of 8

This set of 45% over remanufactured fuel injectors from Exergy is designed to increase power and reliability in your 2001-2004 LB7 Duramax. The nozzles are enlarged using abrasive flow honing technology and are hydraulically flow matched to less than 1%. Each nozzle undergoes four separate quality control checks. All factory nozzle LB7 injectors are equipped with the latest DLC coated needle design to increase longevity. Every 45% over injector set is tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +/- 1%, and shipped with a detailed calibration sheet. These remanufactured injectors from Bosch have all moving parts and wear surfaces replaced, ensuring reliability. Proper tuning will be needed for acceptable EGTs and optimum drivability. An injector seal kit is included.
