Exergy 04.5-05 Chevrolet Duramax 6.6L LLY Inlet Metering Valve (FCA/MPROP)

The Exergy Inlet Metering Valve is a direct replacement component for the Fuel Control Actuator (FCA) or MPROP on 2004.5-2005 LLY Duramax engines. This part can wear due to age or poor fuel quality, leading to an engine lope at idle, surging while driving, or unusual rail pressure fluctuations. The MPROP controls fuel flow to the CP3 pump, and its proper function is critical for the high-pressure fuel system.

This valve replaces Bosch part number 0 928 400 653 and GM part number 97369850. A professional diagnosis is recommended to confirm the MPROP is the cause of running issues, as returns are not accepted once the part has been installed.
