Exergy 04.5-05 Chevrolet Duramax 6.6L LLY Reman 250% Over Injector - Set of 8

These 250% over fuel injectors are designed for enhanced fuel delivery and power output. The nozzles are enlarged using in-house micro EDM and abrasive flow honing technology, achieving a matched set that hydraulically flows within 1%. Each nozzle undergoes six separate quality control checks. All components are built and tested on specialized in-house equipment. Every set is tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +/- 1%, and shipped with a detailed sheet. All remanufactured injectors by Bosch have all moving parts and wear surfaces replaced. Custom tuning is required. An injector seal kit (copper gaskets and O-rings) is included. Expect approximately 2 weeks of lead time as these are built to order.
