These Exergy E02 10356 fuel injectors are engineered for high-performance applications in the 2006-2007 Duramax 6.6L LBZ engine. They are 300% over stock and feature internal modifications. Exergy uses in-house micro EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) and abrasive flow honing technology to enlarge the nozzles, ensuring a matched set that flows within 1% hydraulically. Each nozzle undergoes six quality control checks. The internal modification, required for Bosch solenoid injectors above 250% over, impacts the injector's operating range, especially at idle and pilot conditions, making custom tuning essential for optimal performance. The set includes injector coppers and O-rings.
