Exergy 07.5-12 Dodge Cummins 6.7L New 250% Over Injector - Set of 6

New Bosch injectors modified by Exergy for 250% flow over OEM specifications. These injectors feature enlarged nozzles created with in-house micro EDM and abrasive flow honing processes. Each set is hydraulically flowed within 1% and undergoes six quality control checks per nozzle. All components are built and tested on specialized Exergy equipment. Each 250% over injector set is tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +/- 1%, and comes with a detailed data sheet. Custom tuning is required for proper operation. These injectors are built to order with an approximate two-week lead time and include an injector seal kit (copper gaskets and O-rings). A core charge of $150.00 per injector applies, totaling $900.00 for a set of six. The service includes baseline testing, cleaning, nozzle baseline flow and tip swap, nozzle honing to the desired flow level, and final testing and balancing. Although based on factory Bosch units from '03-'04 common-rail 5.9L Cummins, they are internally modified for the 6.7L Cummins engine.
