Exergy 07.5-12 Dodge Cummins 6.7L Reman 30% Over Injector - Set of 6

These 30% over fuel injectors are an excellent upgrade for close to stock trucks with minimal supporting modifications, offering increased power without sacrificing drivability or reliability. The nozzles are enlarged using abrasive flow honing technology and are hydraulically flow matched to less than 1%. Each nozzle undergoes four separate quality control checks throughout the process before being installed back onto the injector. All components are built and tested on specialized equipment designed and built in-house at Exergy. Every 30% over injector set is tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +/- 1%, and shipped with a detailed calibration sheet. These are remanufactured by Bosch, with all moving parts and wear surfaces replaced. An injector seal kit (copper gaskets and O-rings) is included. Tuning is recommended for the cleanest idle and best drivability.
