Exergy 11-19 Ford Power Stroke 6.7 Reman Fuel Injectors 300% Over w/Internal Modification - Set of 8

Exergy Performance E01 40120 fuel injectors are remanufactured 300% over stock Bosch solenoid injectors with internal modifications, designed for high-performance 6.7L Power Stroke builds. Nozzles are enlarged using in-house micro EDM and abrasive flow honing, achieving a matched set that hydraulically flows within 1%. Each nozzle undergoes six quality control checks. All components are built and tested on specialized in-house equipment. Every 300% over injector set is tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +/- 1%, and shipped with a detailed sheet. An internal modification is required for all Bosch solenoid injectors above 250% over to maintain target rate shape, making custom tuning essential. Remanufactured by Bosch, all moving parts and wear surfaces are replaced. An injector seal kit (copper gaskets and O-rings) is included.
