Description

High-performance fuel injectors with enlarged nozzles, created using in-house micro EDM and abrasive flow honing for hydraulic flow within 1%. Each nozzle undergoes six quality control checks. Components are built and tested on specialized Exergy equipment at multiple calibration points and balanced to +/- 1%. Custom tuning is required. Built to order with a 2-week lead time. Includes injector seal kit (copper gaskets and O-rings).
