Exergy 11-19 Ford Power Stroke 6.7L Reman 100% Over Scorpion Injector - Set of 8

The Exergy E01-40110 are 100% over remanufactured fuel injectors designed for 2011-2019 Ford F250 and F350 trucks with the 6.7L Powerstroke engine. These injectors provide double the fuel flow of stock injectors, making them suitable for high-performance applications, tuned, deleted, or competition-driven builds (sled pulling, drag racing). The nozzles are enlarged using abrasive flow honing technology and are hydraulically flow matched to less than 1%. Each nozzle undergoes four separate quality control checks. All components are built and tested on specialized in-house equipment, and every set is tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +/- 1%, and shipped with a detailed calibration sheet. The remanufactured injectors utilize Bosch remanufacturing processes, where all moving parts and wear surfaces are replaced. Tuning will be required for acceptable exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) and optimal drivability. An injector seal kit (copper gaskets and O-rings) is included.
