Exergy SAC Fuel Injectors are remanufactured Bosch injectors with SAC-type nozzles, offering superior flow and factory spray patterns. They are enlarged using in-house micro EDM and abrasive flow honing, resulting in a matched set flowing within 1%. Each nozzle undergoes six QC checks, and every set is tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +/- 1%, and shipped with a detailed sheet. Custom tuning is required, and an injector seal kit is included.
