These are 200% over remanufactured fuel injectors from Exergy for 2007.5-2012 early 6.7L Cummins engines. The nozzles are enlarged using advanced in-house micro EDM and abrasive flow honing technology, ensuring a precisely matched set that hydraulically flows within 1%. Each nozzle undergoes six separate quality control checks, and all components are built and tested on specialized in-house equipment. Every 200% over injector set is rigorously tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +/- 1%, and shipped with a detailed sheet. Remanufactured by Bosch, all moving parts and wear surfaces are replaced with new components. An injector seal kit, including copper gaskets and O-rings, is included. Please note that custom tuning will be required after installation. Injector sets of 150% over and above are built to order, with an approximate lead time of 2 weeks.
