Exergy 150% over fuel injectors feature nozzles enlarged using in-house micro EDM and abrasive flow honing technology, achieving a matched set that hydraulically flows within 1%. Each nozzle undergoes six separate quality control checks. All components are built and tested on specialized in-house equipment. Every 150% over injector set is tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +/- 1%, and shipped with a detailed sheet. Custom tuning is required. Built to order with approximately 2 weeks lead time. Injector seal kit (copper gaskets and O-rings) included.
