Description

This kit is intended to be welded onto your exhaust system anywhere from the header to the catback. When the electrical appliance is activated, the cutout opens, allowing for a more direct exhaust flow. This results in increased power and a desired loud, aggressive exhaust rumble. The kit is available in multiple sizes to fit 2", 2.25", 2.5", and 3.0" exhaust pipes. The system features 304 stainless steel exhaust piping and a 304 stainless steel valve with an aluminum alloy housing for durability in harsh conditions. It also includes a carbon steel plated elbow, a powder metallurgy internal motor gear, reinforced valve bolts, and a thickened exhaust outlet. The valve is controlled by a motor and control module, with the controller powered through the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket, which includes a 10A fuse. Installation can be done via welding for a permanent fit or clamping for easier DIY installation.
