The Walker Exhaust Ultra Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter (Part # 16447) offers a premium upgrade for your vehicle's emission control system, ensuring a superb OE fitment. This converter utilizes ceramic substrates with a premium washcoat and precise loading of precious metals to achieve excellent oxygen storage capacity and reliable performance, effectively addressing challenging emissions issues. Constructed with a refined stainless steel body and aluminized pipe with heat shields, this catalytic converter is built for resilience and longevity. Its direct-fit design includes OE-style hangers, brackets, and routings, making installation straightforward without the need for welding or extensive modifications. The application-specific converter shell design and mat compression mean it's ready for fitment right out of the box, requiring no break-in period. This EPA-compliant converter is designed for OBDII vehicles (1996 and Newer) and helps keep the check engine light off for emissions codes by delivering the required reduction in tailpipe emissions. It is made in the USA and comes with a 5-year warranty, reflecting its strong and durable construction with thick OE-style flanges, hangers, and brackets designed to meet or exceed factory standards.
