This exhaust pipe is OBDII and EPA compliant, ensuring it meets the latest environmental regulations. Gaskets are included with the product, provided they are visible in the product image. Important Note: This product is NON-CARB compliant and therefore cannot be shipped to or legally used in California and New York, USA, as it will not pass emissions tests in those states.
