The Flowtech 1-3/4-Inch LS Turbo Headers are designed to maximize exhaust flow and engine efficiency for turbocharged LS applications. By improving cylinder scavenging and reducing restrictions, these headers help unlock increased horsepower and throttle response, making them ideal for high-performance builds. Built from heavy-duty 16-gauge stainless steel, these headers are available in both 304 stainless (polished finish) and 409 stainless (natural, black painted, or ceramic coated) options. They feature CNC mandrel-bent tubes for smooth, consistent flow, a three-inch collector for maximum exhaust volume, and a 7/16-inch thick header flange to ensure a strong, leak-free seal. The natural finish offers a clean, raw performance look. Installation is considered hard and requires advanced mechanical skills. As a universal-fit product, some adaptation may be necessary depending on the vehicle and turbo configuration. Backed by a ninety-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
