The Hooker BlackHeart Long Tube Headers are designed for LS swap applications in 1970-1974 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird (2nd Gen F-body) vehicles. These headers are not legal for use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles. They feature 1-7/8″ primaries and 3″ collectors, constructed from 304 stainless steel with proprietary flat-finished, TIG-welded stainless steel investment cast port flanges. The design incorporates CAD/CFD engineered one-piece merge collectors and investment cast attenuation spears. These headers are compatible with Quick Time bellhousings, stock A/C evaporator cases, straight boot spark plug wires, and Holley LS swap oil pans and accessory drive brackets. They offer bolt-in installation with Hooker 3″ 2nd-gen F-body exhaust systems, with an available mid-pipe kit for connection to 2-1/2″ systems. Designed for use only with Hooker LS swap engine mounting brackets and transmission crossmembers, and compatible with stock height subframe/body mounts.
