The Tomei EXPREME Equal Length Exhaust Manifold is engineered to optimize performance for Subaru FA20DIT and FB16DIT engines, specifically fitting the 2015-2021 Subaru WRX. Unlike restrictive OEM headers that hinder airflow and reduce power and efficiency, this EXPREME manifold allows for unimpeded exhaust gas flow directly from the engine ports. The development process focused on improving upon every flaw of the stock header, resulting in noticeable power gains throughout the entire powerband. Constructed using the lost wax method for the collector, Tomei ensures smooth merging of exhaust pipes, eliminating any internal restrictions. Additionally, a slider adjuster is incorporated to accommodate users who may be running thicker head gaskets, allowing for proper extension and fitment. This equal-length design is available for the Subaru WRX FA20DIT and is also offered in an unequal length variation.
