Exhaust Header

The Aftermarket 5470K-1 is a high-performance exhaust header engineered to unleash more torque and horsepower from your mini bike. Designed specifically for Coleman CT200, BT200, and RB200 Mini Bikes, this header significantly improves exhaust flow over stock systems, providing a noticeable boost in performance, especially at wide-open throttle and in high-output builds. The 5470K-1 features a custom design that curves neatly under the frame and exits on the right side, offering both performance gains and a clean aesthetic. It is compatible with a range of engines including the Honda GX200, Predator 212, Tillotson 196/212/225, and most clone engines. The header flange has a 1.75-inch stud spacing (center-to-center), ensuring proper fitment for these engines. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use headers with an inside diameter of .870 or larger. For maximum performance, running the header without a muffler is recommended. However, if noise is a concern, the RLV B91MO 4106 (1-5/16-Inch) muffler is suggested for less restriction, or the RLV B91XL 4104 (1-5/16-Inch) for the quietest setup. Due to the header's weight and length, a reinforcement bracket is highly recommended to prevent stress and damage to the header or muffler. Important fitment notes: This header is designed for Coleman CT200, BT200, and RB200 Mini Bikes. It will not fit the B200C, B200RSV, or Mega Moto-Style Frames.
