The Flashark exhaust header is a high-flow, direct-fit replacement for the factory exhaust manifold. This header is ISO9001:2000 certified.

Constructed from durable, mirror-polished stainless steel with TIG-welded joints and CNC-machined flanges, this header promotes better exhaust flow by separating cylinder exhaust pulses, creating a scavenging effect that pulls gases out of the engine faster. This leads to increased horsepower, mid-range torque, and improved throttle response. However, Flashark recommends using new OEM bolts and gaskets for installation and notes that pairing this header with an aftermarket cat-back system can yield optimal gains and sound. The header features pre-welded bungs for factory O2 sensors, ensuring that the Check Engine Light (CEL) will not be triggered, provided the sensors are functional and there are no exhaust leaks. This exhaust header is specifically designed for the 2.0L SR20DE DOHC Inline-4 engine found in the 1991-2001 Nissan 200SX (SE-R), 1991-2001 Nissan Sentra (SE-R), 1991-1993 Nissan NX (NX2000), and 1991-2001 Infiniti G20. It is not compatible with the SR20VE engine due to differences in exhaust port shapes and sizes.
