The PaceSetter 70-1196 is a full-length exhaust header engineered for the 1998-2000 Nissan Frontier equipped with the 2.4L engine and a 5-speed manual transmission, specifically for 2WD models. Manufactured using mandrel-bent, 16-gauge mild steel tubing, it features port-matched, CNC-machined head flanges with a 3/8-inch thickness for optimal fit and performance. They are finished with a black coating applied at the factory for protection during shipping and storage, which burns off upon initial use. PaceSetter offers an optional ARMOR*Coat ceramic coating for enhanced durability and reduced underhood temperatures. Each kit includes necessary gaskets, hardware, and installation instructions.
