The Supersprint Stainless Steel Exhaust Manifold is a high-performance upgrade designed for BMW E39 M5, E39 540i, and E38 740i (LHD) vehicles. On some later models, integrated primary catalytic converters further restrict exhaust flow, making the stock setup a prime candidate for improvement. The Supersprint headers feature a fully tubular design with precision merge collectors, significantly enhancing exhaust scavenging and flow efficiency. When paired with Supersprint sport catalytic converters, real-world testing has shown performance gains of up to 30 horsepower at the wheels on an otherwise stock E39 M5. These headers are constructed from T304 stainless steel and manufactured in Italy, ensuring exceptional fitment, long-term durability, and consistent results.
