The Zerofighter EXHAUST MANIFOLD D SERIES is a 4-2-1 type exhaust manifold designed for competition vehicles. It has been developed through repeated driving tests on circuit-only cars to achieve stable exhaust efficiency and overall balance from low to high RPM ranges, while eliminating torque drops in the medium and low speed ranges. This manifold is lighter than the stock part, contributing to efficient engine power demonstration and high response. It features O2 sensor mounting holes and includes blind bolts when the sensor is not mounted.

The Zerofighter EXHAUST MANIFOLD D SERIES is a specialized 4-2-1 type exhaust manifold meticulously researched and developed through extensive driving tests in racing activities. A key benefit is its ability to eliminate the typical torque dip experienced in the medium and low-speed ranges of stock manifolds. Constructed from stainless steel with a steel flange, this exhaust manifold features an oval-shaped, 2-split type structure with primary (42 pie), secondary (47 pie), and tail (50 pie) piping. Its lighter weight compared to the factory unit allows for more efficient engine power output and enhanced responsiveness. The manifold is equipped with O2 sensor mounting holes, and includes blind bolts for situations where an O2 sensor is not installed. This product is intended as a dedicated part for competition vehicles. While it generally conforms to safety standards, compliance with vehicle inspections may vary. Installation may require processing depending on the specific model and year, and it is recommended to have it installed at a specialty store.
