The ATP 101273 exhaust manifold is engineered as a direct OE replacement, ensuring it installs and performs like the original unit. Developed off of the original part's specifications, this manifold is constructed with high-grade metals suited for its application, such as grey iron, ductile iron, or stainless steel. Each manifold is machine finished to guarantee its flanges are perfectly flat, allowing for even mounting and a leak-free seal. Its design supports optimal exhaust flow, reducing backpressure and helping to maintain engine efficiency and emission control. The product includes essential hardware for installation, such as a manifold gasket, double-ended studs, flange lock nuts, and M8 flat washers. Installation requires ensuring all mating surfaces are clean and free of debris. It is recommended to use new gaskets and hardware and to torque bolts to manufacturer specifications to prevent warping. Inspecting related exhaust components during installation for wear or damage is also advised.
