Exhaust Manifold Header Ver. 2 4-2-1 SUS

The Toda Racing Exhaust Manifold Header Ver. 2 is engineered to enhance the performance of the Honda Civic Type-R EK9 equipped with the B16B engine. This 4-2-1 SUS header utilizes optimized pipe lengths, diameters, and angles, along with high-flow junctions, to maximize engine power and efficiency. Constructed from lightweight stainless steel, this manifold not only offers durability but also a refined aesthetic. The flange is manufactured using a high-precision machining center, ensuring a precise fit and reliable connection. The pipe sizes are specified as 45mm for the primary tubes, 48mm for the secondary tubes, 55mm for the tertiary tubes, and a 60mm taper. However, the rear pipe of the Toda header cannot be used in conjunction with the OEM catalyst. Compatibility is confirmed for JDM models, specifically the Honda Civic Type-R EK9 B16B from August 1997 to September 1998 and from September 1998 to August 2000. It is important to note that fitment is from the maker for JDM cars only, and RHDJapan does not guarantee fitment, advising customers to conduct their own research.
