Description

The Heatshield Products Armor Exhaust Heat Shields 170001 is a heat shield designed to manage exhaust temperatures. It keeps heat within the exhaust system to improve gas flow and reduces radiant heat from exhaust pipes by up to 60 percent. This prevents heat damage to other vehicle components and reduces heat in the driver's compartment. It is constructed with BioCool insulation and an aluminum outer layer, capable of withstanding 1,800 degrees F continuous and 2,200 degrees F intermittently. This shield measures 60 inches long, 6 inches wide, and 0.250 inches thick.
