Constructed from premium 304 stainless steel, these headers feature CNC mandrel-bent tubing for optimal flow and 3/8" thick CNC laser-cut flanges for durability. They are TIG welded for strength and meticulously crafted in Streetsboro, Ohio, USA. These headers are designed for specific applications, including the 2015-2020 Chevy Tahoe and 2015-2020 GMC Yukon with 5.3L engines. The Performance Connect option is also compatible with 6.2L engines. It is important to note that these headers are intended for closed-course competition use only and are not street-legal due to federal regulations. Installation is highly recommended to be performed by professionals, and all necessary hardware is included for installation to factory connection points or existing Stainless Works exhaust systems.
