This system is designed with a 76.3mm pipe diameter and a distinctive 117.0mm slash-cut tip, aiming to improve exhaust flow and provide a more aggressive tone. Included with the Legalis R system are all necessary gaskets and hardware to facilitate installation. The muffler itself is constructed from quality materials, resulting in a weight of 13.8kg, which is lighter than the OEM muffler's 14.6kg. This weight reduction can contribute to overall performance improvements. Fujitsubo claims an increase in maximum output from the OEM's 137.7kw (187.3ps) to 144.1kw (196.0ps), and a torque increase from 266.6N･m to 278.3N･m. Sound levels are also affected, with noise near the exhaust at 4500rpm increasing from 85dB OEM to 94dB with the Fujitsubo system. This exhaust system is specifically designed for the Nissan 180SX RPS13 SR20DET (manufactured between 01/1991-12/1993, 01/1994-07/1996, and 08/1996-12/1998) and the Nissan Silvia PS13 SR20DET (manufactured between 01/1991-10/1993).
