The SC-Project S1 Full System Exhaust is engineered for the Triumph Trident 660 (2020-2024) and Daytona 660 (2024-2025), drawing directly from SC-Project's extensive experience in MotoGP, Moto3, Moto2, and Superbike racing. Constructed using aeronautical-grade materials, this race version exhaust features a durable stainless steel header and a stylish titanium finish with a matte carbon fiber end cap. Its tapered design and large outlet diameter are optimized for increased exhaust airflow, while the conical silencer body ensures proper back pressure and provides ample ground clearance during extreme lean angles. The system includes all necessary bike-specific mounting hardware for a direct fit. A dB-killer is included to manage sound levels, though without it, the exhaust can reach up to 113 dB at 5125 rpm. SC-Project backs this high-performance system with a 24-month factory defect warranty. Note for Daytona 660 owners: Fitment on the Daytona model requires re-routing the stock O2 sensor cable to reach the O2 bung opening.
