Description

The Synergy Motorsports XCFM-10076 is an engine bay expansion and water tank kit specifically engineered for the 5th generation Camaro ZL1. The stock intercooler system in these vehicles is limited in fluid capacity, which can lead to heat absorption issues and ECU-induced timing pull when intake air temperatures rise. This kit addresses that deficiency by boosting the system's water capacity by an additional gallon. The system offers an easy bleed function and directly feeds the stock intercooler pump, bypassing GM's issue with air pockets. The return line from the ZL1 lid connects directly to the return on the engine bay water tank. The kit includes pre-connected lines and fittings for a straightforward installation.
