Expedition Series +2 Inch Long Travel Kit

The Total Chaos Expedition Series +2 Inch Long Travel Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the off-road capability of 2016-2021 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner and 4WD models. This comprehensive kit replaces the stock front suspension components with extended 4130 chromoly upper and lower control arms. These arms increase the vehicle's track width by 2 inches per side and bolt directly to the factory control arm mounting locations, yielding greater suspension travel. The kit utilizes heim-jointed upper control arms, offering superior strength and allowing for precise alignment adjustments. All pivots within the system are equipped with zerk fittings to facilitate easy lubrication and maintenance, ensuring longevity and smooth operation. It is important to note that this kit is NOT compatible with 4"-7" spindle or drop bracket lifts. While the travel numbers are the same for both 2WD and 4WD systems, a clearance of 1/4" between the upper misalignment spacer and uniball cup is recommended.
