EXPREME Exhaust Manifold Kit SUS304

The Tomei EXPREME exhaust manifold kit is engineered to enhance the performance of SR20DET engines. Constructed from SUS304 stainless steel with a φ42.7mm pipe diameter and 2mm thickness, this manifold aims to improve torque and power, particularly in the higher RPM range, by optimizing exhaust flow. Its design closely follows the factory layout to maintain compatibility with the standard turbocharger, requiring no special modifications for installation. The kit includes the exhaust manifold, gaskets, washers, lock plate, and a Titan Exhaust Bandage with a bandage band, bolts, and bolt smooth paste. The Titan Exhaust Bandage is rated for temperatures up to 1200℃, effectively dissipating heat to help reduce oil and engine bay temperatures, which can positively impact air intake temperatures and overall engine power. The internal design features a partition plate to manage exhaust interference from the sequential firing order of the SR20 engine, leading to improved exhaust flow. A support bracket is included for added strength and reliability. This kit is compatible with (R)PS13, S14, and S15 models with SR20DET engines and ABS. It also complies with Japanese street legal road regulations for vehicle inspection and is compatible with the EAI mechanism and blow-by separator. An optional, separately sold TOMEI turbine outlet pipe can be easily installed with this manifold.
