The Tomei Expreme Exhaust Manifold (Ver.2) is engineered for Nissan's KA24DE engines in S13 and S14 240SX models, providing a significant performance upgrade for turbocharging applications. This process ensures superior durability, enhanced heat resistance (up to 1,000°C), and improved corrosion resistance compared to previous iterations. The 4-2-1 header layout is optimized for the KA24's long-stroke design, delivering smooth, torque-rich power ideal for both daily driving and high-performance use. Designed for seamless compatibility with SR20DET components, this manifold allows for efficient turbocharging of the KA24 engine. It positions the turbo in the same location as on SR20DET vehicles and offers broad compatibility with OEM SR20 parts, including turbochargers, outlet pipes, and front pipes. This facilitates a factory-like installation and appearance while unlocking the KA24 engine's full potential. Specifications include a pipe thickness of 5.0mm, an internal diameter of 40.0mm, and an outer diameter of 48.6mm. The flange thickness is 13.0mm for the front and 14.0mm for the rear, with a T25 rear flange type. The manifold weighs 5.6kg.
