Expreme SUS304 Stainless Steel Twin-Scroll Exhaust Manifold

This equal-length header features a twin-scroll design with piping diameters ranging from Φ42.7mm to Φ45.0mm, aiming to provide a balanced optimization of power, torque, and overall driving feel. Constructed from durable SUS304 stainless steel with a 1.5mm pipe thickness for the primary manifold and 2.0mm for the support pipe, this manifold is built for reliability and performance. The collector flange thickness is 9.0mm, and the support pipe flange is 8.0mm. The kit includes the exhaust manifold, a SUS304 dual support pipe, three E/G-EXH support pipe gaskets, one turbine-front pipe gasket, one support pipe-turbine gasket, and all necessary hardware including bolts, washers, nuts, and stud bolts. A Titan exhaust bandage kit, consisting of a 50mm wide x 20m long thermal bandage, is also provided for thermal management. It is intended for vehicles equipped with twin-scroll turbos.
