The Tomei Expreme Ti Full Titanium Exhaust System, part number TB6090-HN06C, is engineered specifically for the Honda Civic Type-R FK8 and FL5 models with the K20C engine. Constructed entirely from titanium, this cat-back exhaust system offers significant weight savings, enhanced durability, and a unique aesthetic with its burned blue titanium tip measuring 4.53 inches (115mm). The "Type D" variant is a dual-exit system featuring silencers to manage sound output, which can range from 91db with the included sound reducers to 107db without them. Installation is facilitated by a 4-piece assembly connected using springs and clamps, a design choice intended to prevent cracks from vibrations and ensure a secure fit. The silencer casing is embossed with the Tomei logo and treated for heat resistance. The internal titanium tubing has perforations for optimal exhaust flow, and it's packed with long fiber glass wool for superior resilience under high temperatures. This kit includes all necessary mounting hardware, such as bolts and nuts, along with Bolt Smooth Paste to prevent seizing.
