EXPREME Ti Cat-Back Exhaust System

The Tomei Powered EXPREME Ti EVO10 is a full titanium muffler kit meticulously crafted for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X, specifically those equipped with the 4B11 engine. Constructed entirely from titanium with a 1.0mm main pipe and tip thickness, this system offers substantial weight savings, shedding 34.5 lbs (15.65kg) compared to the OEM unit. The main pipe diameter is 3.15 inches (80mm), and the silencer measures 5.98 inches (152mm) in diameter, culminating in a 4.53-inch (115mm) single tip. Designed with a racing layout, the exhaust features minimal bends to optimize exhaust gas flow and enhance performance gains. The 3-section pipe assembly utilizes springs and clamps instead of conventional flanges, further reducing weight and eliminating the need for gaskets. This design contributes to a distinctive, high-end race car exhaust note. Included in the kit are the silencer, main pipes A and B, gasket, flange bolts, clamp band, springs, silencer bands, and other necessary hardware. A sound reducer ver.2 is also provided, though its installation may require additional bolt holes.
