The Tomei Expreme Ti Full Titanium Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered for Subaru WRX and STi models, specifically the JDM GDB A-D variants from 2002-2007. This system is crafted entirely from high-grade titanium, featuring 1mm thick piping with a 115mm diameter and a straight-cut design optimized for performance applications. The silencer case is constructed from titanium with a φ152 diameter and 1mm thickness, boasting an oversized shell design to enhance exhaust gas flow, which can contribute to power gains. The exhaust delivers a distinct racing sound, attributed to the lightweight titanium construction and a high-flow design with an open slot ratio of 32.6%. To ensure longevity under extreme conditions, the silencer utilizes long fiber wool threads, which are more durable than traditional fiberglass materials when exposed to high temperatures and varying pressures. Installation is facilitated by a clamp band and hook and spring design, allowing for pipe movement to absorb vibrations while ensuring a secure, airtight fixture. This kit includes all necessary components for installation, such as bolts, nuts, and Bolt Smooth Paste to prevent seized bolts under heat.
